When you give Next Chapter Winery your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are the card holder or have permission from the card holder to use the card on this website. For your own safety we reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purposes of carrying out security checks.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be fulfilled for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.

You agree not to do the following while using the Next Chapter Winery website: a) Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation or b) access, tamper with, or use nonpublic areas of the Next Chapter Winery site or computer systems.

We take your privacy very seriously and will only pass your details on to third parties when necessary to fulfill your order. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Next Chapter Winery will give you any necessary notices by posting them on the Next Chapter Winery site or by sending them to you by electronic mail. Fisher Vineyards reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, with no notice to you, at any time.

Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Next Chapter Winery you are certifying that you are 21 years of age or older. An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for delivery and must be prepared to confirm their age with appropriate identification.

Wine orders are fulfilled by Next Chapter Winery in Minnesota and are shipped on the default date noted in the ordering process, or the date requested by the customer when placing the order. Date of receipt will vary based on the chosen transit method.

You must be over the age of 21 to order and receive wine.  An adult over the age of 21 must be present at delivery to sign for your wine.

** State laws about wine shipments are changing constantly. If it turns out we are unable to process your order, you will be refunded. You can check the latest rulings online at: www.WineInstitute.org/initiatives/StateShippingLaws.

Return Policy

Next Chapter Winery is committed to the production of world-class wines and your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. Should any bottle(s) arrive broken during shipping, please email us immediately at timothy@euroroast.com

 or call the winery (612) 756-2611  within 48 hours of receiving your package(s), so that we can pursue a claim with the Shipping Company.

At Next Chapter Winery we are committed to protecting your privacy. All order information is encrypted in order to ensure maximum security. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, Next Chapter Winery has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Next Chapter Winery will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties.

Next Chapter Winery promises not to sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information to any other company or association that is not part of the processing or shipping of your wine order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
